How much does it cost to live in Brighter Paths LLC?

Our rooms are $1500 a month or $400 weekly. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for both options.

What is NOT included in my monthly fee?

The monthly fee does not include food. The residences are fully furnished, including bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, house computer, etc.

Are residents allowed to have vehicles?

Yes, a designated parking space will be provided

Does my credit score matter?

No, we do not check credit. We run a background check for violent offenses.

What is provided on arrival?

We provide a one-time care package of a toothbrush, toothpaste, two hand towels, two bath towels, and soap.

We always stock and provide toilet paper and paper towels.

Do I have to be employed?

Yes, you have to show how you are going to maintain your rent if you are utilizing the month-to-month option. If you are weekly, we do not check for employment.

Can I have a guest?

Yes, Max two people in one room.
